Important Notice: Only U.S. orders are eligible for ELAN-MODE return services. We currently do not accept returns for orders shipped to customers outside the U.S.

Orders shipped to U.S. customers:
ELAN-MODE will accept returns of unworn garments with their original tags and clear packaging bearing the SKU label. No exchanges of any kind are accepted.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return period begins on the day tracking shows the delivery status) of receiving all items in the order and submitted within 7 days of shipment for a full refund.

For split-pack orders, the refund will begin from the date and time of delivery of the last package.

Returned orders that do not meet the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee, or we may decline the entire refund.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item is damaged or due to a shipping error. The return process will take 5 to 7 business days after receiving the package.
ELAN-MODE will send you an email once the return has been processed to confirm the process.
